WELCOME TO AUTO101

About our company

AUTO101 has been in business since 2020. We work with a wide range of customers — from DIY owners to professional technicians — who need the correct control module and, when required, the correct software or security programming for that module.

Our representatives are trained on module families, service numbers, and common failure patterns. We aim to answer technical questions clearly and to ship orders as soon as inventory and programming steps are complete. The facility shown here is where we receive, test, program, warehouse, and ship product.

WHAT WE OFFER

Products and services

We provide programming, flashing, and updating for OEM-style control modules and engine computers where the vehicle application calls for it. Our catalog focuses heavily on domestic platforms (for example GM and related lines) alongside other makes we list online.

Inventory is updated regularly. Our website search and collection pages are built to help you locate a module by application or part number. If you do not see a listing that matches your VIN or build date, contact us — we can often verify interchange or suggest the correct unit before you place an order.

We also publish policies, shipping information, and product support resources elsewhere on this site; please review them before you buy.

Operations & inventory

Module coverage changes with model years and software revisions. We continue to add SKUs, refine interchange data, and document programming requirements so listings stay useful for shops and end users.

When you order, our workflow combines warehouse picking, programming (if purchased), bench checks where applicable, and packing for carrier pickup. Tracking is provided when the shipping method supports it.

More detail on how we operate

Programming staff perform VIN-linked or service-number-linked flashes when you purchase that option, and run bench tests appropriate to the family of module (communication, outputs, etc.). We track industry service bulletins and common failures so we can advise when a control unit is a likely root cause versus wiring or sensors.

Sales and support staff answer phones and email during published business hours. They confirm vehicle data (year, make, model, engine, VIN when needed), verify the service number on your original module when possible, and explain what programming or keys may still be required at the vehicle. If we cannot match a safe interchange, we will say so rather than guessing.

Warehouse employees pick the physical unit, confirm it matches the order line, attach programming documentation when applicable, and pack for carrier pickup. We ship with major domestic carriers and publish cutoff times and handling expectations on our shipping policy page. International rules, if offered, are described there as well.

Before you order

  • Programming & software services

When you purchase programming with a module, we perform the flash or update steps described on the product page using the vehicle and module data you supply. Some vehicles still require dealer or locksmith steps after install; we will tell you when that applies.

  • Returns, warranty & policies

Warranty duration, core charges, return windows, and restocking rules are defined in our store policies. Read them before purchase; control modules are serialized electronic parts and restrictions often apply.

  • Contact for live help

If a part is not listed or you need interchange confirmation, call or email with your VIN and codes. We route technical questions to staff who work with modules daily.
